The second edition of building the future covered 7 Portuguese cities
Building Portugal Together – Funchal, Ponta Delgada, Aveiro, Porto, Leiria, Castelo Branco and Évora join Building the Future.
The largest meeting of the Portuguese business ecosystem, dedicated to digital technology, was extended to 7 Portuguese cities through the initiative, led by Microsoft, Altice, IMatch and Confederação Empresarial de Portugal (CIP) – Building Portugal Together.
Funchal, Ponta Delgada, Aveiro (Anadia), Porto, Leiria, Castelo Branco and Évora joined Building the Future, which took place in Lisbon at the beginning of the year, through workshops, activations and live streaming, with local commentators. An initiative aimed at stimulating innovation, improving the digital skills of the Portuguese and generating new business opportunities, through digital transformation in organisations.
This is an initiative ActivarPortugal, in partnership with CIP and Altice, which joined Unipartner in Funchal, myPartner in Ponta Delgada, Aveiro (Anadia) and Leiria we have GFI, Axians in Porto, Évora with DXC and Altran in Castelo Branco.
Each of the cities was linked via Live Streaming to the event, on the afternoon of January 29, 2020, bringing people and companies closer together, demonstrating the potential that technology brings us, in the areas of information decentralisation and proving that the digital revolution is not dependent on geography.
